(ALL AGES) An introduction to Poi arts with traditional music and instruction. Participants create their own unique poi balls which are theirs to keep. All are invited to join in a group performance.

(ALL AGES) A unique and exhilarating fusion of poi moves and tribal, dance, and/or yoga friendly techniques designed to suit each group’s interest. One or more ˝ - 1 hour classes. * Parties, libraries, summer camps and fitness groups.

Poi for Seniors A class for older adults with stretching, easy movement and poi dancing. Easy to learn, mildly aerobic, interactive and fun. One or more1/2 - 1 hour classes.*
